South St. Paul Public Schools welcomes the general public to make use of our facilities. School buildings in South St. Paul are available for use by the community during non-school hours and are great locations for group activities and meetings.

District School events, District Community Education programs, school sanctioned booster organizations, meetings sponsored by local civic and tax supported agencies which are of general interest, educational, and open to the public with free admission.	Community Youth Organizations-Parks & Rec, Athletic Associations, Community Groups(Scouts, 4H Etc.) and Individual Resident	Non-Profit-Individuals & groups that use facilities for Non-Commercial purpose & non-profit organization and Non-Resident Individuals	For Profit- Individuals, private agencies, companies or vendors that use the facilities for commercial purpose or profit

Personnel

Personnel charges for custodian (as needed), building supervisor (as needed), kitchen (as needed), audio visual, stage and other student aides, auditorium director and/or stage crew all to be paid at the current hourly rate plus Social Security and PERA for their particular group. Custodial costs for moving equipment will be billed to users. No extra charge will be made for custodial services at times when custodian is on duty for a school function.
